📱 Mobile Device Repair Warranty

(Phones, Tablets, Game Consoles)

• Xcell Repair Plus offers a limited warranty ranging from 90 days to 1 year, depending on the part installed. Third-party screens and batteries include a 1-year limited warranty, while genuine parts are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty terms. All warranty coverage will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of any repair service.
• Covers manufacturer defects, display issues, touch issues, adhesive failure
• Does NOT cover physical damage, liquid damage, or wear & tear

💻 Computer Repair Warranty

Xcell Repair Plus provides a 90-day limited warranty on all computer repair parts, upgrades, and modifications.

Warranty Coverage (Within 90 Days)

If a repaired or replaced component fails under normal use within 90 days, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

After 90 Days

Some parts may still be covered under manufacturer warranty. If so:

• Customer pays labor fee only
• Manufacturer handles part replacement terms

🔧 Replacement Parts

• Parts options available are genuine, refurbished, pulled, or aftermarket
• Replaced parts become property of Xcell Repair Plus

💳 Payment Terms

• Full payment required before pickup
• No device release until paid in full

💾 Data Disclaimer

• Customer responsible for backups
• We are not liable for data loss
• Backup service available for fee

📦 Abandoned Devices

• 90-day pickup limit after completion notice
• Unclaimed devices may be recycled or used for parts
